We do our best to fulfill your order exactly as shown. However, because flowers are a natural product, weather and market conditions may occasionally affect availability. If a substitution is necessary, we will select flowers of equal or greater value while taking every care to preserve the overall look, color palette, and feel of your original selection.
When possible, we will contact you regarding substitutions. However, to prevent shipping delays, substitutions may occasionally be made without prior notice.

IMPORTANT INFO:
Your flowers may arrive looking a bit tired or thirsty. This is completely normal after their journey (think how you feel after a long international flight - not too fresh, right? Same for your flowers). A fresh cut to their stems and a good drink of water will bring them back to life quickly.
