If a substitution is necessary, we will select flowers of equal or greater value while taking every care to preserve the overall look, color palette, and feel of your original selection.
When possible, we will contact you regarding substitutions. However, to prevent shipping delays, substitutions may occasionally be made without prior notice.

This is completely normal — think of it like how you’d feel after a long international flight, wedged into the middle seat the whole way: a little rumpled and definitely not at your freshest. Your flowers feel the same way. A fresh trim on the stems, a good drink of water, and some time to hydrate (flower relaxation time) will help them perk up quickly.
